Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We'll assess the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is mandatory for all return, exchange, or refund requests.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery; requests made after this window will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
